Churches using ChurchAI. And what yours gets.
Meet the churches using ChurchAI, and see what yours gets: every Monday, a short list of who's drifting, the reason beside each person, and a check-in drafted for your team to approve.
Who's already running ChurchAI?
These churches use ChurchAI. Yours can be running alongside Planning Center, Breeze, CCB/Pushpay or Subsplash in 2 to 4 weeks, and we do the setup.

What does my team get once we're live?
Every Monday your staff gets a short list of who's slipping, with a follow-up check-in drafted for each. Every month, your church is written up for you in a monthly church report. Here's how ChurchAI works, from setup to that first Monday.
Sees who's drifting
Catches giving before it stops
Comes with the why
Writes up the month for you
Who in our church is ready for more?
ChurchAI shows your team who's ready to lead a group, who's ready to give or give more, and who has quietly stopped serving.
Who will a drifting family hear from?
Someone on your staff who knows them. Each check-in is a few sentences to one person about one thing, in your church's voice, with no attendance count or giving figure.
Your team approves every drafted check-in.
Questions churches ask about running ChurchAI.
What does it take to join the churches using ChurchAI?
Your administrator connects Planning Center, Breeze, CCB/Pushpay or Subsplash from your own account, and we do the setup. Your records stay where they are. You're live in 2 to 4 weeks, and from then on, Monday starts with the list.
What will our team do with ChurchAI each week?
Monday starts with the list. Whoever owns follow-up on your staff, usually a connections or assimilation pastor, sees who's drifting, the reason beside each person, and a check-in drafted for each. Your team approves every drafted check-in, and each one comes from someone on your staff, under their own name. Every month, your whole church is written up for you.
Can we see our own church's list before we decide?
Yes, that's what the call is for. Open Planning Center, Breeze, CCB/Pushpay or Subsplash with us and we'll go through your own records together: which families would come up first, why, and the check-in ChurchAI would have drafted for each. Then you decide.
When should a church hold off on its first month?
When nobody records attendance yet, because there's nothing to track. When nobody on staff owns follow-up, because the list needs someone to work it each Monday. And if you're two hundred people and your staff know every family, we'll tell you so on the call.
See what your first Monday would look like.
Bring your own records, messy is fine. You'll see who'd be on your list first, the reason beside each person, and the check-in your team would send. You'll leave with a quote for your church.
