ChurchAI writes the church follow up your staff never has time to send. The regular who's quietly stopped coming, what changed, and a check-in written in your church's voice. You read it and send.
Families who leave rarely say so. They miss one Sunday, then three, and by the time somebody asks where they've been, it's been four months. With ChurchAI, a weekly attender's check-in is written at three Sundays, not four months.
Grief, a crisis, a conflict, anything a pastor should handle in person: you're told who, and ChurchAI writes nothing. Those conversations stay yours.
Monday morning is a short list instead of a blank page. Every check-in comes with the reason and who spoke to them last. Change a line, pass it to a colleague, or send it as it stands.
Draft ready · edit freely
No. You approve every message. Someone on your staff reads it, changes what they want, and sends it under their own name. Don't like one? Delete it in a click. Your people only ever hear from your people.
Three or four sentences to one person about one thing, in your church's voice. It asks how they're doing and makes it easy to answer. All they see is someone they know asking how they are. Never an attendance count, never a giving figure.
You see it before you send. If a group leader already texted on Tuesday, the check-in shows their name and the date. Send it anyway, let the leader handle it, or hand it to someone else. Your call, with the whole picture in front of you.
No. Grief, crisis, conflict, counseling and church discipline reach you as someone to visit, never as a draft. Those conversations are yours to have in person. It's built in, not a setting, so it holds no matter who's at the keyboard.
If your gap is first-time guests, that's what Text In Church is known for, and we'll say so. If nobody on staff owns follow-up, the check-ins pile up unread and you've bought another inbox. And if you're two hundred people and your staff know every family, we'll tell you so on the call.
