Once a month, ChurchAI writes up your church for you.
How do we connect ChurchAI to our church management system?
Your administrator connects Planning Center, Breeze, CCB/Pushpay or Subsplash from your own account, and we do the rest of the setup with them. ChurchAI works from a copy, so your records stay exactly where they are and your team keeps working in them.
How long does it take to set up ChurchAI?
Setup takes 2 to 4 weeks, from the day your administrator connects to your team's first Monday list. Most of that time is importing your history and letting ChurchAI learn each person's normal rhythm. We do the setup with your administrator, and from then on the list arrives every Monday, with the why and a drafted check-in for each person.
Who on our staff should own the Monday list?
Give it to whoever owns follow-up, usually a connections or assimilation pastor. They read each drafted check-in, change what they want, and send it or hand it to whoever knows the family best. Your people hear from someone on your staff who knows them.
Does ChurchAI change how we run Sunday?
Sunday runs as it always has. Attendance, giving and statuses stay as your team enters them, and Monday starts with the list.
What should a church have in place before setup starts?
Records to work from, and someone who owns follow-up. People records, attendance or check-in history, and giving history are enough to start; serving and groups sharpen the picture but aren't required. ChurchAI is built for churches big enough that no one person keeps track of everybody. If your staff already know every family by name, we'll tell you so on the call.
