Every campus seen on its own. Everyone who checks in, watched over one by one. You know which site is slipping, and who to call there. And when a family switches to another of your campuses, you see where they went.
A new campus opens and the original one quietly empties. The combined number still reads as growth, so nobody goes looking. You see the slip at the campus, before the total moves.
Every month you get the church written up for you. What grew, what slipped, who moved between sites, and which campus needs you first. Read it the morning of the meeting. Nobody on your staff spends a week building it.

One combined view for the central team, with the campus name on every person and every number. Read your sites beside each other and the slipping one stands out. First campus live in 2 to 4 weeks.
Yes, and the campus name stays on every person and every number. You read your sites side by side, so a healthy total can't hide the campus that's losing people.
Yes. A campus pastor signs in to their own people, their own list and their own follow-up. Giving detail is a separate permission you grant. The one thing that crosses a campus line is a family who's moved.
You see a transfer, not a departure. The sending campus knows the family is still with the church, and where they went. The receiving campus knows to welcome them on Sunday.
No. ChurchAI tracks each campus against its own history, not one shared standard. Setup shows you exactly what it can read at each site, so you know up front which campuses can't show you anyone until they check in by name.
A church whose campuses count adults from the back instead of checking people in by name. There's no telling a mover from someone who left, and the fix is how that campus records its Sundays, not software. We'll tell you so on the call. ChurchAI also can't tell you a family has joined the church down the road, only that they've stopped coming.

Add a service when your capacity problem is a room problem. Launch a campus when your capacity problem is a distance problem. Your engagement data tells you which one you actually have long before the parking lot does.
Bring the records from every campus to the call. We'll read them with you and show you which site would come up first, and which of your families would read as a move, not a loss.
