A Planning Center integration that catches who's drifting.
Your Planning Center integration turns the attendance, giving and serving you already record into a short list of who's slipping. When a family's rhythm breaks, you know. With the reason, and the message already written.
Connect once. The records you already keep get to work.
Your administrator turns it on. Your team sees which families are slipping, each weighed against its own rhythm. Live in 2 to 4 weeks.
It tracks five things. It rewrites none of them.
Service plans, rooms and media stay exactly as your team built them. Card and bank details never leave Planning Center.
Sees the whole household
Tracks the rhythm, not the roll call
Catches the gift that stops
Sees who left a small group
Notices who stepped off a team
Monday morning, your team starts with names, not a hunch.
Every name comes with the why and a check-in already written. If someone on staff already sent them a check-in this week, it says so before you send. Your team reads it, changes a word if they want, and sends.

Questions Planning Center churches ask first.
Do we have to export or move our Planning Center data?
No. Your records stay in Planning Center and your team keeps working there. Your administrator turns it on and off from your own account.
Do we need to clean up our Planning Center data before we connect?
No. Connect it as it is. Duplicates are fine; merge them and ChurchAI follows. Tell us once what your tags and statuses mean, and that's the whole cleanup.
Does connecting ChurchAI change what we pay Planning Center?
No. Your Planning Center bill reads the same the month after. ChurchAI adds no users and changes no plan. ChurchAI itself is quoted per church.
Which Planning Center churches should wait?
Churches that record almost nothing. If Check-Ins is kids only and giving is mostly cash in the plate, there's too little to work with, and we'll say so on the call. If your staff knows every inactive family by Tuesday, you don't need this yet.
Find out what your Planning Center already knows.
Get on a call with your own Planning Center open. We'll go through the check-ins, giving and groups you already keep, show you which families would be on your team's list, and what the check-in for them reads like. If your records are too thin to read, you'll hear that on the call, not after.
